STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. 买家必须确认订单表格的所有细节是否正确，如需修改，应在生产开始前提前告知。
   
2. 本产品性订制产品不提供退货条件，除买方自行承担所有费用。
3. 物流风险：运输造成损失需第一时间与物流方联系，我司协助处理不承担损坏责任。
4. 此产品为纯定制产品，如果装车效果与您理解有就误，我司不承担责任的。
5. 此产品为纯定制产品，如有延期交货我司不承担任何责任及买方经济损失。

1. .The Buyer shall present the bank slip when order has been confirmed and start the production, the Buyer must confirm all detail of the order form is correct, any revision should be informed in advance before the production been activated.
2. The Sell shall present the Commercial invoice against the order created date.
3. The Buyer shall finish the balance payment before shipping, the seller shall provide the delivery note against the payment done.
4. Law application: The formation of this contract, validity, interpretation, execution and settlement of disputes shall be governed by the related laws of the People’s Republic of China.
5. This product is a custom-made product, and if the loading effect does not meet your expectations, our company will not be held responsible.
6. This product is a custom-made product and is not eligible for return, with the buyer bearing all associated costs.
7. This product is a custom-made product, and we will not be responsible for any delay in delivery or any economic losses suffered by the buyer.
   
8. Nations Convention on Contract for the International Sale of Goods. The PRICE TERMS is governed by “INCOTERMS 2000”.
